How QuestPoints work

• Sign in before checkout. New website catalog purchases earn 5 points per $1 of merchandise paid after discounts. Points are rounded down to whole points per order. Shipping, tax, custom quotes and generated-design orders do not earn points.
• 100 points gives $1 off merchandise. Choose discounts in whole-dollar steps, or one available physical reward, per catalog checkout. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. There is no points expiry currently.
• Physical rewards ship with the paid catalog items in the same order. They are subject to available reward stock. Product descriptions show the actual approved material and sample.
• Points are reserved while checkout is open and spent only after confirmation. Use the pending checkout controls above to release a cancelled reservation; closing a browser tab alone does not cancel payment.
• Refunds proportionally reduce earned points and return discount points. Payment disputes remove the affected earned points. Already-used points can leave a negative balance. Physical-reward points are reviewed with the maker when the physical reward itself is returned.
• The new QuestPoints program starts with new eligible purchases. Historical rewards records from the retired program remain separate.
